About the job

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Secretary to provide administrative and executive support to senior management. 

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential documents, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
  • Executive Assistant or Office Management Certification. (Preferred)
  • Project Management Certification.(Preferred)
  • MS Office Specialist (MOS) Certification for proficiency in office tools.(Preferred)
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive or personal assistant role, ideally
  • supporting senior management or C-level executives.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in both Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives.
  • Manage and coordinate executive calendars, appointments, and meetings.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
  • Handle confidential documents and maintain records efficiently.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
  • Conduct research and compile data for reports and decision-making.
  • Assist in managing office operations and ensuring workflow efficiency.
