EnFM signed a partnership with The Sharjah Social Services Department to support its beneficiaries during crises and disasters
Emirates National Facilities Management (EnFM) has formalized an agreement with the Government of Sharjah Social Services Department to provide essential social support to priority beneficiaries in need of care, with the objective of enhancing their living standards and improving their quality of life during urgent interventions, crises, and emergencies. This collaboration aims to advance community development within the Emirate of Sharjah and to promote and strengthen human values and charitable efforts within society.
The "Aman Network," launched by Social Services Department in 2019, is designed to offer immediate assistance in humanitarian cases, crises, and disasters across the emirate. The initiative involves forging partnerships with governmental, private, and individual contributors to provide in-kind or financial support to low-income beneficiaries registered with the department. These individuals are considered priority cases for social care. By engaging partners from various sectors, the Aman Network ensures that the beneficiaries' standard of living and overall quality of life is improved.
The agreement was signed by Kholoud Al Nuaimi, Director of the Community Service Sector at the Social Services Department, and Eng. Mohammed AbdulKarim Khamis, CEO of Emirates National Facilities Management. Ms. Al Nuaimi noted that this partnership stems from the shared commitment of both parties to enhance social responsibility and to establish a collaborative model between the government and private sectors. The primary aim is to unify efforts in serving the community, particularly those supported by the Social Services Department in Sharjah, with a focus on improving their quality of life during critical interventions, crises, and emergencies.
Eng. Mohammed Khamis expressed his honour in signing the agreement, underscoring that the collaboration represents a strategic partnership aimed at fulfilling the company’s social responsibility towards community welfare. He stated that EnFM is proud to partner with the Sharjah Social Services Department through the Aman Network initiative, which is aligned with the company's core values of contributing to community development.
