Responsibilities

- Develop and implement maintenance schedules for MEP systems.
- Coordinate with contractors for specialized maintenance or repair work.
- Supervise MEP technicians and workers, ensuring efficient task completion.
- Train staff in MEP maintenance techniques and safety standards.
- Ensure MEP systems comply with local building codes and safety standards.
- Keep updated with the latest in MEP technologies and standards.
- Diagnose system malfunctions and oversee timely repairs.
- Implement preventative maintenance practices.
- Assist in budgeting for MEP operations.
- Control costs by optimizing resource use and maintenance practices.
- Keep detailed records of all MEP maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
- Minimum of (5) years of relevant experience
