Responsibilities
- Design and plan MEP systems for new constructions, renovations, or system upgrades.
- Ensure designs are in compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Oversee MEP projects from conception to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineers during project phases.
- Supervise the installation of MEP systems, ensuring adherence to design specifications.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any technical issues.
- Develop maintenance strategies for MEP systems to ensure their longevity and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot system malfunctions and provide technical support.
- Prepare cost estimates for MEP systems.
- Monitor project budgets and control expenses.
- Ensure all MEP installations meet quality standards and sustainability objectives.
- Implement quality control procedures during project execution.
- Liaise with project stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated project delivery.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Provide detailed reports on project status, challenges, and outcomes.
- Minimum of (10) years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.
